Paint Decor Studio is the home of Denver mural artist Michelle Frances and, on occasion, a few of her awesomely talented friends. Michelle's art includes murals, decorative paint effects, faux finishes and decorative plasters in addition to portraits, pet portraits and custom fine art pieces. Please take a few minutes to browse this site and don't miss the archive (as there is more photos there than anywhere else). Permalink One of my first portrait commissions.  Denver, Colorado.
Permalink Paul painted in the style of Leroy Neiman (one of my all time favorite painters).  Paul’s mom originally wanted me to do a ‘master reproduction’ portrait with Paul’s face but we had an extremely hard time picking a portrait.  We finally decided that since Paul loves sports and the high energy style of Neiman fit Paul I would just paint from one of Paul’s hockey photos and do my best to ‘paint like Neiman’ - SO FUN!!!!

My Portrait Pricing

These prices reflect my standard portrait style.  If you would like me to do ‘master’s reproductions’ there will me additional charges depending of the difficulty. These are my standard sizes but if you are interested in something different please send me a message and I would be happy to send you a quote.

I generally work from photographs which you provide. Sometimes it takes looking at multiple photos to find one that will work well in paint. 

The below prices are for the portraits themselves and do not include shipping. 

People (these are generally just the model’s head and shoulders)-

one person on 16” x 20” canvas        $425.00

two people on 20” x 24” canvas         $485.00

two people on 24” x 30” canvas         $535.00

three people on 24” x 30” canvas       $585.00
